Broke during the first few rounds of golf (catches on cart seat). Repaired with Superglue and lasted another dozen rounds before breaking in the exact same way. However, this time, a portion of the clip was lost on the course and was thus unrepairable. While the UPro device is great, the screen scratches beyond use within a few rounds of golf (had to buy a ballistic Zagg shield for $15 – it works, but is not crystal clear) and, of course, the belt clip is pure junk.

Do not use the clip if you carry your bags (or are frisky around the golf cart). Mine broke when the bag hit it when clipped to the side of my pants, luckily I noticed and didn’t lose the $360 Callaway uPro that was laying in the grass.
The uPro is small enough to easily fit in your pants pocket, where it is more protected than on this clip.

This relatively expensive belt clip is a piece of junk. Cheap plastic that broke on the 2nd use. Unfortunately the belt clip is a very desirable accessory but don’t waste your money on this one.

Belt Clip for the UPro works very well and keeps the UPro securely protected during use.

The Upro golf GPS unit is worth every penny however the belt clip is not up to the task. I ordered one it broke on the first use. It was replaced and a second one broke on the first use.
I would recommend the soft case instead. It will do everything you will need it to do as well as protect the UPRO. The belt clip option allows the UPRO to rub against the handle on the seat of the golf cart and you can ruin the screen.
The UPRO and the softcase is the way to go
