If your playing Golf why not get a some walking in at the same time. No it will not slow down your round unless you chose to go slower. I play with some guys who use carts and keep up just fine. When you get a little age on you (I’M 55) throwing the bag over your shoulder gets a little much. This is great product easy to use and gets me out of the cart. I really like the game much more walking.

Great cart. Much easier on the shoulder then pull the old style cart. Only suggestion for improvement is the cup holder. It needs to be deeper and positioned in a location that it will not interfere with the clubs.
